Cloud PBX? ?

Cloud PBX refers to a phone system that is based on cloud servers and provides more features than a traditional PBX phone system. It is known for its user-friendly setup option, meaning it’s nearly effortless for a non-technical person to set the system up in a short time.
How does cloud/hosted PBX work?

Cloud/hosted PBX uses Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) to operate its function. In this method, voice is digitized and transmitted in digital packets and then is transferred over the internet. 

Every VoIP telephone has a unique IP address. Cloud PBX converts the public phone network to an IP address. When someone diles a phone number, the cloud PBX switch will search for the IP address and deliver it to the VOIP telephone.
