VICIdial is the name of full call center solution there agent option is available in 16 different languages, with options to easily create your own custom translations as well. Our SMB (Small to Medium Business) series is designed for small to medium contact centers. It is built with high-quality hardware and comes in two form factors to fit just about any sized office. It can usually accommodate up to twenty-five (25) outbound agents or forty(40) inbound agents.

Enterprise Hardware –
Our Enterprise series is designed for large contact centers or for centers where high capacity and high availability are key. It is built with enterprise-grade hardware and packaged in standard rack-mountable cases. It can accommodate up to one thousand(1,000) outbound agents or fifteen hundred(1,500) inbound agents.

Accessories –

Yes, we work with the datacenter in USA and Europe an can offer you a full of package including server, backup, IP addresses etc. If you are asian, we have high redundant singapore server also we care about terminated and call genaration server location which you get better call quality to fine tune. We can suggest you which colocation is better for your termination.

What are the difference between VICIdial and other Dialer?

VICIdial has a full featured predictive dialer. It can also function as an ACD for inbound calls, or closer calls coming from VICIdial outbound fronter agents as well as emails and website chat messages coming in from customers.

Can i branded my company logo details, is there any extra cost ?

Yes, it can be branded, not only logo can be changed but the whole skin which is based on web backend preferences. You can do it yourself or order it at our design team.

Do I need a extra billing system?
